Roles Description

Are you passionate about creating impactful experiences and driving brand visibility? We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering memorable events and dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple brands.

This is a full – time, on – site role based at the Hameedia Head Office in Ratmalana.

What you’ll do

• Plan, coordinate and manage end to end execution of Marketing projects & events (fashion shows, product Launches, in –store promotions, CSR Projects and corporate functions)
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and agencies to ensure seamless event & project operations.
• Develop creative event concepts, budgets, add proposals in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Support & coordinate day – to – day marketing operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate marketing & branding initiatives across multiple brands & SBU’s.

What we’re looking for :

• 1 -2 years of experience in event planning and/or marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in event planning and/or marketing coordination.
