Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Liaise with Production, Stores, Logistics, Finance, and other departments.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other sales-related documentation.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and outstanding payments.
• Update ERP/Excel databases and generate periodic sales reports.
• Maintain effective communication with distributors, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• G.C.E. A/L with a Diploma or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Sales Coordination or Sales Administration role (FMCG experience will be an added advantage).
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Barandana, Hindagolla, Kurunegala.
