Role Summary

Join PIBT Campus as a Sales & Marketing Intern to gain valuable hands-on experience in the higher education industry by assisting with student recruitment and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the admissions and sales team in student recruitment activities.
• Respond to student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.
• Support educational exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and updating the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or freshers; previous internship or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
