SALES / MARKETING MANAGER (PLANTATION MACHINERY)

Role Summary

Gamini Engineering Works is a market leader in the manufacture of Tea & Rubber machinery. The company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer (Plantation Machinery) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit Rubber and Tea Estates to inspect machinery, identify repairs, and submit competitive estimates.
• Monitor workshop repairs to ensure conformity to estimates, delivery deadlines, and sales targets.
• Inspect machinery installations at site and manage handover for customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with customers, manage invoicing, and recover payments according to standard terms.

Requirements/Qualifications

Candidates should be well-versed in the manufacture and maintenance of plantation machinery with excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Preference given to those with a Mechanical Engineering Degree and workshop experience, or highly experienced engineers with relevant exposure.
