Role Summary
Jayananda Associates (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead operations across three business ventures: Motorcycle Spare Parts, Electric Scooters, and a new Rice Trading division.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies, set budgets and KPIs, and lead a high-performing team.
- Motorcycle Spare Parts: Strengthen and expand island-wide dealer and distributor networks and identify new growth opportunities.
- Electric Scooters: Plan and execute product launches, including dealer onboarding, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Rice Trading: Develop market entry, branding, and distribution strategies; build relationships with suppliers and retail/wholesale channels.
- Modern & Digital Marketing: Lead digital efforts (social media, SEO, e-commerce, CRM) and use data analytics to refine strategy.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PG Diploma is an advantage).
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within automotive, spare parts, or FMCG industries.
- Track record of developing successful strategies and launching new products.
- Strong command of modern marketing tools (digital marketing, CRM, analytics).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel island-wide; valid driving license required.
- Fluency in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage).
