Role Summary

Vajira House is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to promote our houses and apartments. This is a permanent, indoor-only marketing position based in Colombo 03 (no outdoor marketing required). There are 03 vacancies available for male or female candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Age below 45 years.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly income in first 2 months: Rs. 600,000/-
• Take-home package after 2 months: Rs. 675,000/- (includes Rs. 150,000 salary + Rs. 75,000 vehicle allowance + Rs. 100,000 performance bonus + over Rs. 350,000 marketing commission).
• Attractive salary increment after 3 months.
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
• 1-year income potential: Over Rs. 79 Lakhs.
• 3-year income potential: Over Rs. 238 Lakhs.
