Marketing Assistant Manager Fertilizer

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for fertilizer and agricultural products.
• Drive market growth through customer engagement, stakeholder relationship management, and product promotions.
• Coordinate exhibitions, field demonstrations, sales support activities, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market and sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory marketing role, preferably in the agriculture or fertilizer industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of the agricultural market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.
