Marketing Associate

Role Summary

Switz Lanka, home to Sri Lanka’s leading egg brand Happy Hen, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management, market analysis, and customer insights within the FMCG and agribusiness sectors.

Requirements

• Age between 20 to 30 years old.
• Fully or partly qualified in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Capable of managing digital channels & tools.
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills in English and able to speak in Sinhala or Tamil.
• Hold a valid riding/driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in marketing, branding and digital channel activities.
• Assist with data collection, competitor analysis and market research.
• Prepare reports and presentations with regard to marketing & research.
• Assist in new product development and brand growth initiatives.
