Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and brand growth strategies
• Lead digital marketing, social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Plan customer, driver, merchant, and partner acquisition campaigns
• Manage the marketing team and coordinate creative activities
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance
• Manage marketing budgets and achieve business growth targets
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and management teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing management or a senior marketing role
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, branding, and campaign management
• Creative thinking with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in the mobility, technology, or service industry will be an advantage
