Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala
• Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities
• Manage social media and content marketing
• Generate and follow up on enquiries and prospective parents
• Build relationships with parents, schools and the community
• Support student enrollment and marketing campaigns
• Maintain quality standards in operations and customer service
• Monitor marketing activities and prepare reports
