Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and expand our tea distribution and sales operations in Sri Lanka and worldwide.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, and distribution.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and manage sales networks island-wide.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Scale: Rs 150,000 + Sales Target Incentives, Free Accommodation, Vehicle Allowance.
