We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager / Senior Executive-Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth within the lubricant industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth and increase market share.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Enhance brand awareness through effective branding, communication, and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams and key stakeholders to support lead generation and business growth.
- Create and manage marketing materials and content to support campaigns and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize marketing effectiveness, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the lubricant industry to keep marketing strategies relevant and competitive.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of Marketing experience in the lubricants related or FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of market research, branding, and customer engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
