Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue.
• Visit clients to present and promote products/services and handle distribution.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Connect with potential corporate customers to promote products/services.
• Negotiate and close agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support the head of the division in implementing business strategies.
• Establish, develop, and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
• Full or part qualifications in SLIM or CIM (advantageous).
• Ability to operate and work under pressure.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the consumer electronics industry.
• Excellent command of Sinhala and English.
• Good computer literacy, including MS Office.
• Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably in IT and office automation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a "Can do" attitude.
