• Manage the company’s Facebook and other social media pages
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Follow up on leads and support the sales conversion process
• Create post ideas, captions, promotions, and engaging content
• Capture photos and videos for social media
• Maintain monthly social media plans and campaign reports
• Monitor campaign performance and leads generated
