Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls, customer service inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Handle walk-in customers and social media inquiries.
• Generate sales leads.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods/tools.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints, provide solutions within time limits, and ensure resolution.
• Provide support for back-office operations.

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Experience in the Real Estate Industry is an added advantage.
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to different types of characters.
• Target-oriented with a smart, outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
