Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute our marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, update and maintain company social media platforms and digital presence.
• Coordinate and execute marketing and sales campaigns effectively.
• Attend to customer complaints and Google reviews within less than 24 hours, report to relevant parties, and interact with customers to safeguard brand image.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project deadlines related to marketing.
• Work independently with minimum supervision while maintaining high performance standards.
• Build relationships, canvass corporate marketing events and execute with other departments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing or a related role will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with good knowledge of English and Sinhala.
• Ability to prioritize work and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Age between 20 – 35 years.
• Experience and ability to carry out effective seasonal marketing campaigns using latest digital technology.
• Experience in editing audio and video marketing related visuals.
