Key Responsibilities

• Manage Medical Review Process (MRP) and DTA underwriting activities, ensuring accurate and timely decisions.
• Ensure smooth DTA operations while meeting service standards and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and support the team to achieve productivity and service excellence targets.
• Build strong relationships with sales teams, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports (MI) and other operational reports.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and process improvements.
• Work independently with a proactive and accountable approach.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in DTA operations or a related insurance operations role.
• Degree/Diploma in Insurance or a related field (preferred).
• Part qualification in AIII/CII (SLII) or ACII (UK) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
