Materials Specialist

Role Summary

Access Engineering PLC is seeking a Material Technician (site based) for the Central Expressway Project III – Phase 2.

Requirements

• NCT Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 05 years of experience in Highway and Major Roads sector.
• Team player with positive interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Familiarity with modern construction methodologies and industry technologies is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all materials comply with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor material quality during road construction, pavement, drainage, and structure works.
• Collect material samples from site and maintain proper testing records.
• Prepare and submit laboratory test reports and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC engineers, consultants, and subcontractors regarding material approvals and test results.
