Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all rice milling machinery, hullers, color sorters, and dryers.
• Troubleshoot electrical control panels, PLCs, motors, and power distribution systems.
• Minimize factory downtime through strict preventive maintenance schedules.
• Optimize machine efficiency to reduce grain breakage and energy waste.
• Supervise the technical team and ensure safety compliance on the floor.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (From Sri Lankan University).
• Experience of 2–5 years in a rice mill or continuous-process food production plant.
• Knowledge of automation, sensor technology.
