Requirements

• Proven experience managing MEP works in building construction projects
• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, Fire Protection, ELV, and Building Services
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and coordinate multidisciplinary works
• B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent qualifications with strong practical site experience

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate all MEP works on site
• Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and finishing teams
• Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams
• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, handover, and project documentation
