Key Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labour in support of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and tech team on projects.
• Operate basic power and hand tools and machinery (Shovels, rakes, compactors, drills, etc.).
• Perform physically demanding work (demolition, heavy lifting, cleanup, debris removal, climbing, etc.).
• Install and remove temporary works (protection, barricades, etc.).
• Maintain clean and organized workplace.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 3-4 years of construction experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing and mechanical system.
• Experience in using power and hand tools and machinery.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions.
• Should be able to travel throughout Sri Lanka and carry out minor work/repairs.
• Having a riding license is an added advantage.
