Medical Billing / RCM Agents (Multiple Positions)
Experience: 1-2 years in U.S. Medical Billing
Key Responsibilities
- Medical billing, claims submission, and follow-up
- Charge entry and claims validation
- Support denial management and claims reconciliation
- Verify insurance eligibility and authorizations
- Maintain patient billing records and documentation
- Support billing workflows athenaOne EMR / RCM system
Required Skills
- 1-2 years experience in U.S. medical billing
- Familiarity with athenaOne EMR / RCM platforms
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding
- Experience in insurance verification and claim processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
