Job Profile
- Provide comprehensive medical consultations, clinical assessments, and evidence based treatment for patients across all age groups.
- Deliver high quality preventative, acute and chronic disease management while promoting continuity of patient care.
- Build trusted relationships with patients through effective communication, health education and patient centred care.
- Collaborate with specialist consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely referrals and optimal clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of quality, patient safety and ethical medical practice.
Candidate Profile
- MBBS or equivalent from a recognized university with full SLMC registration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of post-internship clinical experience. Experience in General Practice, Primary Care or OPD will be an advantage.
- Strong clinical decision making, communication and patient counselling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and delivering exceptional patient care.
