Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Consult patients and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Perform advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments following in-house training and protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, cosmetologists, and wellness specialists.
• Represent Christell at industry events, seminars, and panel discussions.
• Manage clinical documentation and administrative duties to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Qualification: MBBS from a recognized institution; SLMC registration required.
• Experience: 3-5 years in general medicine, surgery, or emergency medicine.
• Mindset: Passion for a long-term career in aesthetic and preventive medicine; minimum 3-year commitment.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented with an ownership mindset.
