Men's Apparel Procurement Coordinator

Role Summary

Fashion Bug (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Purchasing Coordinator - Mens. We are looking for an individual to help progress our business and manage superior in-house brands.

Requirements/Qualifications

• High school level education.
• Diploma or Certificate in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Textile & Apparel Management or an equivalent field.
• 2-4 years of experience in buying or merchandising, preferably in menswear.
• Experience in the retail fashion or apparel industry with knowledge of local and international brands.
• Ability to analyze sales, forecast trends, and plan seasonal assortments.
• Experience in vendor coordination, price negotiation, and quality evaluation.
• Familiarity with fabric types, fits, safety standards, and size specifications for men's clothing.

Key Skills

• Strong trend awareness and understanding of the menswear market.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work closely with design, QC, and retail teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or retail planning tools.
