MEP Assistant Engineer

Role Summary

Grand Apartments is hiring Assistant Site Engineers and Technical Officers to support site operations across residential apartment projects. This role involves supervising structural and finishing work, ensuring quality execution, reporting technical matters to the Site Engineer, and working closely with subcontractors and site supervisors to keep construction progress aligned with drawings.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Rs. 120,000 - 150,000 per month (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate MEP installation activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
• Conduct inspections and assist with testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD with strong communication skills.
