Primary Objective

We are seeking a skilled MEP Draughtsman to produce accurate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings, support project documentation, and coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings, layouts, and schematics for building projects.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure drawings align with project specifications.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and updating documentation during project execution.
• Review and verify drawings, ensuring compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and related project documentation.
• Support site teams by providing technical guidance related to MEP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting MEP systems for construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately.
• Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in construction projects, including residential, commercial, or industrial buildings, is an added advantage.
