Service Engineer - MEP Services

Role Summary

INTECH (M&E) Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a self-motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individual to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance of Fire, LPG, Plumbing, and other MEP systems.
• Conduct site inspections and identify faults, defects, and non-conformities, and suitable corrective actions.
• Prepare service reports, inspection reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of service work.
• Supervise service technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and provide effective technical support.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of service tools, testing equipment, and company vehicles.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships by delivering professional and high-quality service.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing or maintenance of Fire, LPG, Plumbing, or other MEP systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with relevant Sri Lankan Standards, Fire Department requirements, and CIDA regulations will be an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Sri Lankan driving license will be an added advantage.
