Candidate Profile

We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineers in planning, coordinating, and supervising MEP installation works.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Assist in the testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Prepare daily site reports, work progress reports, and material requests.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, material planning, and cost monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Support the preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma in Technology (NDT), or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services.
• Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in MEP projects will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Fire systems, Plumbing, LPG, HVAC, or Electrical systems will be an advantage.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
