About Us

RADISI is a growing fashion brand dedicated to delivering premium products and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for an organised, proactive Merchandising Assistant to support our merchandising, production, and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Order Coordination: Manage and monitor customer orders from confirmation through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Production & Factory Coordination: Liaise daily with the production team and factory to monitor work in progress, follow up on timelines, and resolve production issues.
• Order Management: Create, process, and track purchase orders (POs) and production orders to ensure timely procurement and manufacturing.
• Inventory & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, raw materials, pricing, product information, and supplier details within the inventory system.
• Supplier & Logistics Coordination: Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve stock or shipment discrepancies.
• Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the design, marketing, e-commerce, retail, and production teams to ensure successful product launches and stock availability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Degree or diploma in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, Fashion Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 1-2 years' experience in merchandising, retail, production coordination, supply chain, or administration. Enthusiastic fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP are an advantage). Experience with inventory or ERP systems is preferred.
• Attributes: Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, good numerical ability, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
