Role Summary

SMT Apparel Lanka Limited is a subsidiary of the Brilliance Group, a leading apparel manufacturing company. We are hiring for the following roles:

• Merchandising Co-Ordinator / Merchandising Executive - for Trim Follow-up: Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling all trim-related activities to ensure timely availability for sample and bulk production, while maintaining accurate inventory and effective supplier communication.
• Merchandising Co-Ordinator / Merchandising Executive - for Product Development: Responsible for all customer communication, Tech pack, and sample development handling.

Requirements

• Minimum 01 year of work experience in a relevant area in the apparel sector.
• Computer Literacy & sound knowledge of English.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
