Merchandiser

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team and ensure smooth execution of orders while building strong relationships with our global customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inquiries and follow up with customers to achieve timely responses and order confirmations
Prepare quotations, maintain price lists and ensure accuracy of product information
Coordinate with sourcing team to develop and submit samples
Monitor order progress from order confirmation to shipment
Ensure documentation and compliance as per customer requirements
Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers

Educational Requirement

Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following disciplines:

Textile & Apparel
Supply Chain Management
Business Management
Merchandising
Any related discipline
