MERCHANDISER

Job Profile:

• Identify, collaborate & source vendors to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
• Ensure on time delivery of goods to meet timelines.
• Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with vendors, warehouse management and staff for effective supply chain process.
• Plan and develop merchandising process and strategies
• Analyze sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.
• Product Costing.
• Good understanding of fabric reconciliation would be advantages.
• Maintain a Fabric/Accessories Library.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Merchandising from a recognized institution / Masters in Business Administration.
• Excellent Computer Literacy related to the above field.
• At least 3-4 years' experience in Merchandising preferably in Retail industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
