The Job
- Developing & maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding and responding to customer requirements in terms of pricing, delivery and fabric requirements.
- Follow up from the order placement to the deliveries in order to meet the agreed timelines.
- Negotiating and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of fabric.
- Performing inventory management, debtor management and other related internal reporting.
- Evaluating and analyzing the current processes & systems with the aim of coming up with required changes, which could improve overall efficiencies.
The Person
- Should possess BSc degree/Professional Qualification in Marketing/Business Management or CIM/part/full qualification.
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity (preferably from textile and apparel industry).
- Knowledge in MS Office/ Excel is a must along with data analytical skills.
- Strong command in English & presentation skills.
- Negotiation & excellent interpersonal skills.
- Task prioritization, time management and multi-tasking ability while being a good team player.
