Role Summary

The Job

• Developing & maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding and responding to customer requirements in terms of pricing, delivery and fabric requirements.
• Follow up from the order placement to the deliveries in order to meet the agreed timelines.
• Negotiating and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of fabric.
• Performing inventory management, debtor management and other related internal reporting.
• Evaluating and analyzing the current processes & systems with the aim of coming up with required changes, which could improve overall efficiencies.

The Person

• Should possess BSc degree/Professional Qualification in Marketing/Business Management or CIM/CIMA part/full qualification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity (preferably from textile and apparel industry)
• Knowledge in MS Office/ Excel is a must along with data analytical skills
• Strong command in English & presentation skills
• Negotiation & excellent interpersonal skills
• Task prioritization, time management and multi-tasking ability while being a good team player
