KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage customer orders and ensure smooth execution from development to shipment.
  • Coordinate with production, Planning, QA, sourcing and other relevant departments.
  • Follow up on sampling, approvals, materials, production progress and shipment schedules.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure All orders meet quality, cost and delivery requirements.
  • Act as the key point of contact between buyers and Internal teams.
  • Review and understand buyer tech packs, specifications, measurements, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate sample developments, fit samples, PP samples and approval processes.
  • Prepare and follow up on costing, quotations and price negotiations.
  • Coordinate with sourcing and suppliers to ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
  • Monitor production progress and proactively identify delays, bottlenecks, and potential delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-15 years of proven experience in garment merchandising.
  • Strong knowledge of the apparel manufacturing and export process.
  • Excellent understanding of buyer requirements, Product development, costing and order execution.
  • Ability to manage orders from developments through to shipment, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Strong coordination skills with buyers, suppliers, and Internal Departments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong command of English and good computer literacy.
