Junior Executive - Merchant Acquiring - Card Centre

Requirements

• Be in the grade of L8.
• Possess minimum 4-6 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services, preferably in merchant relationship management and financial product promotion.
• Possess strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
• Possess sound technical knowledge of merchant acquiring, card payments, and payment channels.
• Have a good understanding of Card Management Systems.
• Possess knowledge of card scheme rules and local regulations related to card payments and acquiring.
• Perform in your current job role for a minimum of two years.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively selling products and services to both existing customers and new-to-bank customers to achieve business growth objectives.
• Managing merchant relationships by maintaining regular engagement and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Generating revenue through effective cross-selling, upselling, and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and reports in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
