Mobile App Developer Intern

Role Summary

Durowave is seeking a motivated Mobile App Developer Intern to join their remote research and development team. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to real-world mobile projects while receiving mentorship in a technology-focused environment dedicated to innovation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation, testing, and launch of mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Execute UI/UX designs and integrate RESTful APIs to enhance user experience.
• Debug applications and optimize performance to ensure high-quality software.
• Produce clean, documented code and engage in collaborative code reviews.
• Coordinate with designers and other technical team members to build seamless digital solutions.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of mobile development, including cross-platform tools like Flutter or React Native, or native languages such as Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
• A basic grasp of mobile UI/UX concepts and responsive design.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for a remote workspace.
• A proactive learning mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Firebase, SQLite, mobile animations, or experience with app store deployment processes.
• Education: Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline.
