Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute training plans according to a pre-planned itinerary.
• Identify training requirements for Sales Promoters and conduct training in identified areas.
• Coach and mentor Sales Promoters on attitudes and discipline to meet organizational standards.
• Submit all updated and required reports to the HOD in a timely manner.
• Organize relevant trainings within the stipulated time period and budget.
• Obtain Sales Promoter feedback after each training visit.
• Ensure effective strategies are used to attract promoters and/or targeted crowds for virtual or physical training sessions.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Part or full qualification in Training & Development or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience as a Trainer (minimum 06 months) is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + local languages).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be below 30 years of age.
• Willingness to travel as part of the job.
