Modern Trade Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Visit supermarkets and other modern trade outlets regularly to develop and maintain business relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of products across modern trade outlets.
• Coordinate with supermarkets to ensure proper product availability, visibility, and placement.
• Conduct regular market and outlet visits to monitor product availability, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
• Follow up on orders, product placements, and other trade-related requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of modern trade activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination.
• A Certificate-level qualification in Marketing or a related field will be an added advantage.
• A valid driving license is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong trade and customer relationships.
• Confident, energetic, and willing to work in a field-based role.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and regularly visit supermarkets and modern trade outlets.
• School leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or modern trade will be an added advantage, but is not essential.
