Role Summary

Dream Lodge Hanthana is an exclusive 3-room luxury boutique villa located in the beautiful Hanthana Hills, Kandy. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and multi-skilled professionals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, BBQ, and à la carte meals.
• Maintain high food quality and hygiene standards.
• Manage kitchen stock and food cost.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Support overall villa operations when required.

Requirements

• Experience in Sri Lankan and Western cuisine.
• Knowledge of a la carte and BBQ preparation.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work independently in a boutique villa environment.
