Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join us as a Naturalist in Jungle Beach, Trincomalee. This hands-on role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring safety, guiding guests through activities, sharing knowledge about the environment and wildlife, and providing timely assistance throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Play a key role in daily resort operations.
• Ensure safety and provide personalized service.
• Support outdoor activities.
• Guide excursions and share insights about nature and wildlife.
• Create memorable moments for all guests.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role within luxury resorts or boutique hotels.
• A qualification in Wildlife Management or Environmental Science will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to speak in English in a clear and concise manner.
• Must have a strong customer service mindset to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Should be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
