Role Summary

AlphaSonic Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an experienced and talented Technical Engineer – Networking / Firewall to join our technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, firewalls, switches, and endpoint security solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while working effectively as part of a team.
• Learn and quickly adapt to new technologies and environments.
• Understand and resolve basic day-to-day technical issues independently.
• Utilize strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• Good understanding of networking concepts and firewall technologies.
• Knowledge of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of networking products (added advantage).
• Relevant certifications or hands-on experience in networking and security technologies (beneficial).
