Role Summary

JIT Resourcing & Consultancy Services is looking for a skilled Network and Security specialist to support the enterprise infrastructure of a prominent banking and financial institution in Colombo. This is a 100% onsite position focused on maintaining high-security standards within a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and safeguard enterprise-level banking network infrastructure.
• Oversee network security protocols, including VPNs and IPSec.
• Administer hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and NAS devices.
• Handle infrastructure troubleshooting and essential firmware updates.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in network and infrastructure administration.
• Technical proficiency in Active Directory, Load Balancers, and High Availability setups.
• Proven ability to manage internet connectivity and robust network security.
• Prior experience within the banking or financial services sector is highly advantageous.
