Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic young individual who aspires to build a career in Product Development in the packaging field to join us immediately for a six-month internship program. The role provides an opportunity to gain knowledge and exposure to the full spectrum of activities in new product development and packaging design in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Sound academic background with a degree or diploma in lean management, packaging, or product innovation technology from a reputed institute.
• Excellent command of communication in both Sinhala and English.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Pleasant personality with a willingness to learn; must be methodical and organized.
• Proactive with a flair for creative thinking.
• Residing in close proximity to Welisara / Ragama.
• Previous experience as an Intern in New Product Development is an advantage.

Location

Processing center in Welisara.
