Uga Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at Jungle Beach – Trincomalee. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about accounting accuracy and committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity, compliance, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional standards of accuracy and professionalism.
• Support the operation of the resort by ensuring accurate financial reconciliations.
• Complete daily audit procedures.
• Maintain compliance with established accounting practices and internal controls.
• Ensure seamless night audit operations.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Minimum 2–3 years of prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or boutique hotel.
• Financial and Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of revenue auditing, cash handling procedures, daily revenue reconciliation, reporting, and accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and familiarity with hotel management systems is essential.
• Collaboration and Accountability: A dependable team player who works closely with team members to organize accurate daily audits and maintain the integrity of financial and operational records.
• Analytical and Organizational Skill: A detail-oriented professional with strong analytical abilities, capable of identifying discrepancies, investigating variances, and providing accurate information for decision-making.
• Professional Qualifications: A recognized qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
