Requirements:
- BSc. Nursing Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institute and registered nurse with SLMC / Nursing Council.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Age below 50 years.
- Residing in close proximity to the Colombo area will be preferred.
- Ability to work on shift basis.
Nursing Assistant (Kadawatha)
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care techniques.
- 6 months - 1 year of experience preferred.
- Ability to assist nurses with patient care duties.
- Age: 20 - 35 years.
- Ability to work on shift basis.
Phlebotomist
Requirements:
- Diploma in nursing course in a recognized university or institute.
- 01 - 02 year experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Will be required to work on shift basis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Postgraduate qualification or certification in Laboratory Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 04 - 06 years of experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting.
- Valid SLMC registration is compulsory.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality control (QC) and quality assurance.
- Leadership and team management skills are essential.
Medical Laboratory Technician (Colombo)
Requirements:
- BSc in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
- Registration with the SLMC / Medical Laboratory Technologists Board will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical / research laboratory setting.
- Valid SLMC registration is compulsory.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality control (QC) and safety procedures.
- Age: 22 - 35 years.
