Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist
Role Summary
Mainframe (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Implementation Expert/Consultant to lead and execute end-to-end ERP implementations for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is critical in driving the company's expansion into ERP services and requires a hands-on, client-facing professional with strong functional and technical expertise in Odoo and enterprise business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle Odoo ERP implementations (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Deployment, Support).
- Conduct business requirement analysis and map processes to Odoo modules.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules (Finance & Accounting, Sales & CRM, Inventory & Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR & Payroll).
- Collaborate with development teams for custom module development and integrations.
- Manage data migration, testing, and user training.
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, demos, and solution design.
Requirements
- Proven experience in implementing Odoo ERP across multiple industries (Retail/Distribution, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Healthcare).
- Exposure to other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, modules, and workflows.
- Experience with Odoo customization, Studio, or Python-based development (preferred).
- Deep understanding of core business processes (Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain & Inventory, Sales & CRM, Manufacturing/Services).
- Ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
- Experience with API integrations, Data migration tools, and ERP deployment (cloud/on-premise).
