Officer - Advertising & Brand Development
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our Marketing & Brand Development Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and execute outdoor and branch branding activities, ensuring timely implementation while maintaining corporate brand standards across all branches.
- Coordinate with suppliers, obtain quotations, evaluate proposals, and support the procurement process for advertising and branding requirements.
- Work closely with regional teams to identify strategic branding locations and execute branding within approved budgets.
- Maintain and monitor the inventory of promotional and promotional items.
- Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials across branches and regions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure the timely issuance of purchase orders and accurate processing of supplier payments upon completion of work.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, guidelines, standing orders, and internal control requirements.
- Support the Marketing and Brand Development team in executing campaigns, promotional events, and other brand-building initiatives as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in advertising, branding, marketing, or event coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while working under pressure.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the branch network.
- Possession of a valid riding or driving license will be an added advantage.
