Join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of our manufacturing facilities!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the Heidelberg CD 102 6-colour offset printing machine efficiently and Set up the machine according to job specifications and maintain required print quality.
• Have practical experience in Mellow Colour Management and colour matching.
• Knowledge of LAB values, Delta E (ΔE), density and colour tolerances.
• Ability to use colour measurement instruments such as Spectrophotometer, Densitometer and Colour Measurement Software.
• Monitor and maintain colour consistency throughout the production run.
• Identify and correct printing, registration, ink, water and colour-related issues.
• Maintain production targets, quality standards and machine safety requirements.
• Complete production and quality records accurately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a 6-colour offset printing machine operator.
• Experience in Mellow Colour Management / colour matching.
• Good knowledge of LAB values, Delta E and colour measurement.
• Experience in using Spectrophotometer and Densitometer.
• Knowledge of offset printing processes, inks, paper/board and varnishing.
• Ability to work on shifts and meet production requirements.
